Telesales / Telemarketing (Full Time/Part Time)
Salary: Up to SGD 36 000 annual package (Including commission and incentives)
Job Responsibility:
We are a performance driven organization that specialise in wellness that help the community to be fit and healthy. Currently, we are looking for Telesales Executives to support our sales team effectively.
- Target driven and dynamic
- Selling of products and packages actively follow through/follow up on enquiries & feedback
- To be well-versed in product knowledge, promotion & event activities so as to assist customers enquiries and handle customers objections
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers to harness customer retention.
- Conduct out-bound calls to introduce and promote products and services
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any Manager or Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Sales with proven track records in Telemarketing
- Strong command of English and Mandarin language would be an added advantage to be able to communicate fluently with clients
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Experience in Insurance and credit card sales preferred
- Sincere and caring attitude to service existing database
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice, if possible
Candidates with prior Telesales experience will also be considered for team lead positions.
