Job Details
- Drafting, prepare cutting list, coordination with colleague on project matter
- Material planning and taking off quantities for purchasing
- Other ad hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Senior Design Manager / management
- Liaise with Various Parties for Project Requirements
- General Administrative Duties
Requirements
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill
- Positive Working Attitude
- Independent and Able to Work with Minimum Supervision
- Part time positions are also available.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in architectural / engineering / building are preferred
- Able to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Min 2 years experience in Curtain Wall & Alum. Cladding for Commercial Project
- Able to do freehand sketches to illustrate proposals
- Know Revit Architecture or Revit Structure, preferable
