CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS (Furniture/Full Time & Part Time)
Responsibilities :-
You will be responsible for the smooth operation at the reception areas including receiving and attending to visitors/guests/VIPs with a cheerful disposition, answer their queries and direct them to the appropriate personnel; handle all incoming calls, take messages and perform other customer service/administrative duties whenever required.
Requirements :-
- GCE ‘O’ Levels and above;
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in service industry;
- Computer literate;
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Responsible, well organized and a good team player;
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, motivated and customer service oriented;
- Singapore or Singapore PR needs to apply;
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays;
- Transport will be provided from Tampines MRT to the showroom.
