We are looking for dynamic, service-minded ladies to join our team as we expand.

Book Keeper/Admin

Scope:

  • Input sales & purchases invoices
  • Process payments, petty cash, bank consolidation, balance sheets, P&L, etc.
  • Record receipts & generate customers’ invoices & statements of account
  • Keep track of all other daily transactions up till balance sheet for audit purpose
  • Payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A
  • Liaise with auditor/accountant & relevant gov’t agencies
  • General administrative work

Level & Experience:

  • Has a diploma in accountancy (preferably from a Singapore school)
  • Has a minimum 2 years experience in book keeping.  Experience in retail industry will get special consideration
  • Possesses strong organization skills, is systematic, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English a must
