We are looking for dynamic, service-minded ladies to join our team as we expand.
Book Keeper/Admin
Scope:
- Input sales & purchases invoices
- Process payments, petty cash, bank consolidation, balance sheets, P&L, etc.
- Record receipts & generate customers’ invoices & statements of account
- Keep track of all other daily transactions up till balance sheet for audit purpose
- Payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A
- Liaise with auditor/accountant & relevant gov’t agencies
- General administrative work
Level & Experience:
- Has a diploma in accountancy (preferably from a Singapore school)
- Has a minimum 2 years experience in book keeping. Experience in retail industry will get special consideration
- Possesses strong organization skills, is systematic, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English a must
