Accounts Assistant (AR/AP) – Part Time

AR – Oversee and assists in daily online receipts
AP – Oversee and assists in payment for Singapore operation

Responsibilities:

AR

  1. Check daily receipts through online banking.
  2. Raise and process refund forms to merchant banks.
  3. Reconciliation of all local credit cards.
  4. Update refund and issue credit note to customers.
  5. Attending to receipt discrepancies.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

AP

  1. Issue cheques to all suppliers in a timely basis (Trade and Non-Trade).
  2. Handle petty cash disbursement/ re-imbursement.
  3. Check all suppliers’ invoices and enter into Hansaworld AP module.
  4. Perform suppliers’ reconciliations on monthly basis.
  5. Update payments in Hansaworld AP module.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

AR/ AP

  • Comply with statutory requirements and accounting standards
  • Minimum ‘O’ levels/ Professional Certificate in Business Management
  • Knowledge of basic book-keeping.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Only Singaporean or PR need apply
