6 Months to 1 Year Mailroom Officer (Admin)

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 845am-615pm

Location: Centennial Tower (City Hall)

Industry: US Business Consultancy Firm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting out of mails
  • Despatch of mails 
  • Photocopy, faxing duties
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required

 

 

Requirements:

  • Able to start work ASAP
  • O level holders and above who has completed NS
  • Part time evening class students are welcome to apply
  • Non-smokers 
  • Good attitude, diligent and willing to work OT when required
  • Physically fit to carry boxes of files

Salary: $1200-$1500 max per month, with benefits (Paid annual leave, medical leave)
